I don't think I framed the pro-firearms group as tin foil hat, I just said that the argument employed by many of them as it relates to gun control law as it relates to resisting government tyranny doesn't make a lot of sense.

The focus on the guns is red herring to the real issue. And the time spent on it and half measures is not helping the body count. Perhaps armed security at school, and a justice system which keeps criminals locked up would be first good steps.

Liberals/Dems can continue on their gun disarmed campaign in the meantime, but immediate action needed.

The DC Heller one. There was some lengthy write up about the 2A and what it allegedly meant at the time it was passed as it pertains to militias and free state. Many of the 2A people use the same or similar reasoning to what is in that opinion. Some of our top justices wear tinfoil I guess.
