yep that's what i'm afraid of. i dont know how often that happened. military is also provisional right? i assume that leans heavily trump too.

Anyone here got a rough count of # of provisional ballots still to be counted in GA/NV/AZ/PA?

gotcha yeah. there are volunteers driving around helping people come in to ID? or hopefully people get the news / know what is required of them / was explained at the ballot box
