and he's totally accurate when he criticizes world governments and monetary systems
he gets a little deep end, yeah. still more palatable than a lot of the other crap out there

Are provisional ballots a real concern for Biden? Like let's say the mail-in's are all counted and Biden is up 50k votes, then there are 100k provisional ballots. If provisional ballots are primarily republicans who were gonna vote by mail but changed their mind when Trump said don't vote by mail, and thus filled out provisional ballots, couldn't the 100k+ provisional ballots be heavily Trump causing Biden to lose in PA?

provisional ballots are given to people when they don't bring the ballot that was supposed to be mailed to them, right?

but in order for them to be counted, they have to show up with photo ID by a certain deadline?

if provisionals are walk-ins, you'd think they would favor trump.

yeah they mainly allow people to cast a vote with the vetting to be done after the fact
