If there was no corruption and quid pro quo on behalf of the Bidens, how would it benefit Trump? If anything, it would serve to harm him more than anything else because of what you're seeing in the media.

An investigation looks bad to a good chunk of the population regardless of its merit. Most people don't follow the minutae of these things and will just associate an investigation with malfeasance. It's really embarrassing that I have to explain simple concepts like this to you.
