oh my comment was more directed at that idiot Cuomo and his total failure of handling covid-19 which continues to this day. I actually very much like NYC, DC is way worse and central LA sucks too (anywhere right outside of it is spectacular though) it used to get a lot of flack for being filled with rude scumbags but 9/11 definitely changed that. Also from talking with people who lived there throughout the years people have softened and been nicer since that horrific day.
at least until recently. i loved going there from 2010-2018ish. City was cleaned up and filled with life and good hotels and restaurants, but since then it really started to fall off. Probably no thanks in part due to that fatboy grifter mayor Warren wilhelm junior (aka bill de blasio)
