They don't call it impeachment of Congressmen directly in the Constitution, but the idea is exactly the same: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expulsion_from_the_United_States_Congress

I try not to be. My exercise is typically, "Would I want Bernie Sanders to have this power?" If it scares the shit out of me, I try to campaign against it. To be honest, part of the reason why we're in this mess is that Obama tried to circumvent GOP stonewalling. Gridlock is a feature of the US government, not a bug.
