At this point and only this point, unarmed peace officers will be permitted to defend your self upon an escalatory scale of measures. First they will employ a firm tone of voice and demand the aggressor lays down with hands behind xer back. They will then approach and repeat ultimatum in a firm tone of voice and add "or else".
