The dude in the article has been in prison for 52 years. Not exactly the slame dunk on "wanting to release violent felons". You know that lots of places in Europe have mandatory caps for first time offenders that are a fraction of that right? And their society doesn't implode?

Again, just takes some research (in this case reading your own article) to show how you're relying on "technically right" instead of "the full picture". Something you only do when you perceive it as being against Democrats.

Actually there is no basis for a 'felon' to be denied any of their rights after being fully released from the corrections system, if they are deemed not worthy and unsafe to retain those rights any longer then why the hell were they released from custody in the first place?

Debate isn't really that hard, but in your case it might be best to start with practical conversation before wading into the deep end.
