Regardless of the motivation it's a crime, stealing bread to feed ur starving kids is still stealing, and a crime.
likewise, traffic violations which are a civil forfeiture in most cases, are still a class of crime. they dont often cause jail time, that's what a civil forfeiture is, a CRIME where the punishment doesnt include jailtime, but a crime none the less. although if u get caught driving say 125 mph in a 65 you could indeed go to jail, lose your license, etc.
you seem to have a strong opinion of what a crime is and isnt for someone who doesnt know what a crime is and isnt. i covered this stuff in undergrad, not even law school. when we got there it was too simple to even be asked.

literally all of pard at this point realizes that when u say u make people mad it means u realize they're right.
u cant just do that every day u post 5x a day and not have people pick up on it.
prove me wrong, address what i actually said with fact. u might make some people mad, i just laugh when u try to redefine words like a first year women's studies major.
Yeah.... uhmm... pretty sure this doesn't need to be addressed at this point because one can not fix stupid but..
crime
n. a violation of a law in which there is
injury to the public or a member of the public and a term in jail or prison, and/or a fine as possible penalties. There is some sentiment for excluding from the "crime" category crimes without victims, such as consensual acts, or violations in which only the perpetrator is hurt or involved such as personal use of illegal drugs.
I seriously hope you are not a part of any law firm... Seeing as you believe a consensual act i.e. speeding would be a crime when nothing could be further from the truth..
