It's not that he's guilty for wanting to make a better life for his son or himself he literally knows not what he does so his praise is unfortunately a dud.

I once was a benefactor however i gave the homeless men what they wanted which was usually garbage bags for rain protection and bananas for
natural high energy(long time ago), or i'd offer them a good heart warming/hopeful conversation only to find out they wanted s3x or to use my apartment for illegal activities
so it's not unprecedented to be reluctant to see every homeless person as a victim either.

The quality of life is quickly going downhill and the masses are ignoring it for some reason. The homeless are and always have been a double edged sword. You can't help a systemic failure in a person nor can you help people that can't understand what help even means.

We now live in a world where common sense needs a brightly colored label and being a positive part of the world means being a good slave. I don't know how to change our path yet, but I hope someday someone overcomes my personal failings on this subject and brings real lasting change so our future is hope instead of climate wars.

Most of the teflon poisoning is from high temperature cooking in the form of vapor. You can counteract that toxic metal exposure by burning something positive like garlic paper peels/skin(incense) and drinking lots of coiander or cilantro home made tea as a chelating agent. sulfites bind + alter and chlorophyll mobilizes. Mercury is much more volatile than teflon fortunately and plastics or psuedo oil particles are not nearly as bad as a metal particle that can pick up on resonating frequencies.
They will tell you that the brain cannot heal yet exercise says otherwise furthermore.

The more frightening things are what isn't talked about or known. Like what's in their smoke alarm or tap water(cancer+ americium radiactive isotopes),
what's in their fridge condiments(hi fruc corn syrup mercury), or raw "organic" nuts(usually racing fuel additives unless specifically mentioned as steam treated or otherwise).
