It's hot right now in Paris (Champs élysées); not easy to identify/distinguish all the weirdos who are circling all around, trying to slow down to stop traffic.

Fines are amazing tho, several hundreds delivered yet: when they stop their vehicles, they are good for an "unauthorized parking " which can goes up to hundreds of euros.

There's much freedom -for the french police- if someone is pushing it too far, they can also take the vehicles with tow trucks and jail you.
