CRT itself may be a little nebulous for most folks, but the concept and the intent behind it, which is the wholesale demonization and displacement of White America, is absolutely undeniable at this point. That the country is fundamentally rotten to its core, and must be completely subverted. Anything white males invented or established is rooted in racism. It throws out the myriad of very positive developments that America's founding brought to contemporary politics of the time. It was a completely unique experiment in trusting the free individual with dignity and sovereignty. And since the 1960s, you fuckers have basically destroyed that, and replaced it with top down authoritarianism in which the individual has no dignity and no sovereignty.

It's too bad the Democrat Party is even more consumed by what he called the corporate state than ever before. And later Hedges rails against internal surveillance / security state - seems like you disagree with him because you love the surveillance state, right? Democrats are absolute tyrants now.

Not a fan of the generalized hatred toward "capitalism" - I would expect a studied and well-spoken fellow would know and be able to convey the distinction between local free enterprise and the all-consuming hell that globalism and corporatism brings.

You know, just as our cute little dialogs on here are getting a little more civil, you just can't handle not being adversarial. I watched a video you linked, for like 30 minutes, came on here and chatted with you about it. In the words of President Diaper, Come on, man!

You assumed my position on the surveilance state because you see me as a Democrat. I'm vehemently against the surveilance state and I think Republicans can be entirely dismissed as a legitimate opposition party for not impeaching Obama and destroying the NSA when it came to light to the public.

I think you need to consume more information about economic systems, because you're in love with the idea of a free market capitalism, without realizing the logical consequence is the neoliberal hellscape we currently live in. There is a whole world between communism and corporate capitalism. If you want to refine your ability to have these conversations I think you should genuinely consume more information on the kinds of ideas you don't even know exist.
