We have a very good idea of racial breakdown because it is reported on and tracked by a number of official and independent outlets. Dealing with diverse reporting standards / metrics is a reality in every industry and across every jurisdiction. That does not mean that we get to ignore reporting we don't like. Your argument at that point is non-falsifiable, and has no business being in the public sphere.
If you're alleging that there's something systematically wrong with the data the government reports, or that there's a conspiracy to misrepresent, then I assume that you have an overwhelming amount of evidence in support and will have no trouble presenting it here.
I started typing out my reasoning, but honestly there's no reason to go through the effort. Trying to explain the interplay between the incentive to selectively report, known corruption and racial bias in the system, and other things would go over your head because you are, again, looking for a single nation wide conspiracy to change numbers.
You're going to compartmentalize and obfuscate no matter what I post same as every other time we discuss this kind of thing.
