Yeah... cause that's still an open question at this point.

This probably won't change the calculus on witnesses, but if it does, it won't matter in the end. I'll be surprised if any Republican senator votes for removal. The party is rotten, there's virtually no redeeming characters.

again, the case in the Senate should be based around the evidence presented that led to a (D) vote for impeachment, not by soliciting “information” on twitter a full month later

The case in the senate should be about the truth wtf. Why the fuck does it make sense to not want information? It doesn’t matter if it was done in the “correct” order. Truth is what the history books look at, what xx will ultimately be written.
