Even if its true I doubt he would ever be charged considering how hard it would be to prove anything.

They can delay the vote again, maybe, but I doubt this goes anywhere.

The fact they had this info a month and a half ago, and didn't come out with it until the day before confirmation, makes it easier to fall on Kavanaugh's side.

Either they ARE lying or are being paid to lie, in the serious cases. Bitch doesn't remember what house it was, how she got there, but she remembers Kavanaugh. Yeah, that rings true.
