given how much you value time i take it this means you were also opposed to the 50+ times the republicans tried to repeal obamacare?

Obamacare is costing taxpayers & small businesses a ton of money this is an awful comparison considering you're comparing actual policy to nonsense that doesn't affect anyone. You're comparing apples to oranges here. An appropriate comparison would be the Obama birther dumbfuckery not opposing behemoth policy proposal like the ACA

You can oppose obamacare without voting 50 times to repeal while knowing it's not going to get passed. It's a big waste of time.

you see value in republicans wasting tax dollars trying to repeal a healthcare plan when they didn't have the necessary power to do so?

hell i support universal healthcare but i'd be livid if i found out my representatives wasted my tax dollars trying to push for univeral healthcare 50+ times when they knew full well they won't succeed

Inertia is a very effective political strategy when you don't have the power. The Republicans did it the last few years now you will witness the same from the democrats. We are already getting a taste of it, i mean look how long it took to confirm Trumps picks and the level of opposition those picks faced is unprecedented.

Arguing about the ACA is not the point here. My point is your comparison is absolute shit. Don't bait me with the debate on the ACA.

edit: If you want to make a comparison in magnitude of importance the ACA is similar to Trumps immigration goals. This "corruption" is on the same level as the clickbait you've seen all over the internet calling to impeach Obama for years or him being a Muslim or the birther etc.

Its really not. Trump didn't even put forth his picks until after he won, which is pretty unprecedented and even so he's well ahead of clinton.

What do you mean by inertia? And how did fifty failed attempts to repeal add to it?
