Joe Biden made it a matter of public knowledge he is trying to overturn the 2024 election when he endorsed taking Trump off the ballot, which is obstruction of a free and fair election. Unlike Trump who actually participated fairly in an election, lost and left office as required. Joe Biden is trying to sabotage the election, so he must be taken off the ballot
