Well, you'll see the proof when the trial comes down for Trumps attempts to overturn the GA election, Trumps mishandling and/or theft of classified documents, and the federal case against him for trying to overturn his loss in 2020.

You can't scream no burden or proof and no due process while also screaming about the investigations into misconduct and criminality being invalid. Classic goom doublethink.

The latest ACME gadget will surely get Trump this time!

Joe Biden made it a matter of public knowledge he is trying to overturn the 2024 election when he endorsed taking Trump off the ballot, which is obstruction of a free and fair election. Unlike Trump who actually participated fairly in an election, lost and left office as required. Joe Biden is trying to sabotage the election, so he must be taken off the ballot

Donald K. Sherman, Special Assistant to the President for Racial and Economic Justice

Prior to joining the Biden-Harris Administration, Donald K. Sherman was Deputy Director of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, a non-partisan government accountability watchdog. Sherman previously served in various roles, including as Chief Oversight Counsel, to the late Rep. Elijah E. Cummings on the House Oversight Committee as and as Senior Counsel to Senator Claire McCaskill on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Sherman served in the Obama-Biden Administration, as Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel for Oversight and Investigations in the Office of General Counsel at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. A native of Queens, NY, Sherman earned his BA from Georgetown University and his JD from the Georgetown University Law Center. He currently resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and kids.

Try again Thor. You’re the only one that’s lying. He’s the leader of the group that’s bringing the law suits to take Trump off the ballots. Pretty obvious what’s going on.

Let's assume he is.

Good. He should be leading the effort. Trump is an insurrectionist. Part of being president is upholding the constitution and keeping an insurrectionist off is absolutely part of that.

So a member of the White House cabinet going after the lead runner of the presidents opponent isn’t an ethical issue or an act of election interference by your outlook.

Good to know ;)

It’s crazy how the “law and order” party doesn’t seem to ever follow the rules and obey law and order

They care about power. When the rules let them get power they will use and abuse the rules. When they don't, they will ignore them.

Conservatives started a civil war because they didn't like the result of an election. They will gladly do an insurrection if they think it will work.

When that person tried to do an insurrection it is not only ethical, it would be a dereliction of duty to do anything else.

Started a civil war against the confederates who were all democrats and all continued to be democrats. There was no big change. There was less than ten Dixiecrats that changed side. That’s not a great switch as the democrats of today like to promote. Democrats have always been on the wrong side of history.
