your reasoning for your moral system isn't justified, you simply hold it because your society holds it.
some people are religious not because of good reason, they're religious because the society they were brought up in is religious.
logically speaking, there is no difference in your faith. you both belief something, without justification, because people around you believe it.

There is a big difference between saying "this is how I think people should be treated" and "I believe supernatural thing exists".
It's not faith, it's a preference and it's a belief.
I don't need to have faith in my own preferences.
