Gotcha. Yeah, he doesn't push back much, from the few interviews I've seen with right-wingers.

I don't feel I have to be represented from one side. I agree with Republicans on social issues, but those issues have been irrelevant practically from the federal level for the last couple decades. I think Democrats have a superior comprehensive platform, so ideally a Democrat president would have to deal with a Democrat House with a Republican senate who were willing to work with him.

How about you tell me your feelings on that and we can go from there.

I "feel" that calling ruben a typical right-wing libertarian is inaccurate unless right-wing libertarian and left-wing libertarian are interchangeable

he owns a small business now and is a land purchaser

outside of pro-choice and pro gay marriage he's pretty standard right libertarian these days and that's not a bad thing, we all change over time or at least we should

helped of course by the chaotic cannibalistic left that threaten his personal currency acquiring tool, a voice

It's no secret that the people running small businesses and purchasing property might have more personal interest in a view that may make it less financially difficult for their personal life in the moment

just as people in other situations do in theirs

your communist thing is not anything I'm interested in biting on

Okay... how is it inaccurate. If you actually offer your opinion I can reply.

you said he owns property and has a business and that somehow helps define him as right-wing, then the opposite must be left wing? what is a left-wing libertarian compared to a right-wing libertarian?

You could offer your opinion on how he's not a right-wing libertarian and we could go from there. I'm not Goomshill, no essays from me.

it evidently took you little time to identify the label you would use to describe him

Quote (IceMage @ Jun 14 2018 01:16am)
he just sounds like a typical right-wing libertarian.

Maybe I'll listen to the full podcast later... he doesn't strike me as interesting.

yet now youre shitposting your way out of actually having to articulate the motivation for this swift labeling

not a good look

6:33-7:23

Quote
Trump: "He’s a tough guy. Hey, when you take over a country, tough country, with tough people, and you take it over from your father, I don’t care who you are, what you are, how much of an advantage you have. If you can do that at 27 years old, that’s one-in-10,000 that could do that. So he’s a very smart guy. He’s a great negotiator, but I think we understand each other."

Baier: "But he’s still done some really bad things. "

Trump: "Yeah, but so have a lot of other people done some really bad things. I could go through a lot of nations were a lot of bad things were done. "

Wow. I'd say this tops his Charlotesville comments as the moral low point of his presidency. Awful to hear a US President say these sorts of things about a brutal dictator. Completely unnecessary, too.
