One: only half the candidates were there, two: Not all of the candidates even support free healthcare, Three: Not all of the candidates support giving it to illegals.
So its mostly bullshit.
Putting your hand up to say everyone would be covered under your system, does NOT mean it would be free or at others expense.
Almost every candidate has a different proposal, yang and sanders ideas are completely different.

And its obviously true that illegal aliens are going to cost far more from social services than they're going to pay in, drastically imbalancing the benefits and revenue.

Googling it, in my state right now the barebones catastrophic plan for non-employer private health insurance is about $200-250/month and $7000-8000 deductible and gives shit benefits with limits, no dental, vision, etc. The average bum on the street however has all expenses paid by the government with no premium or deductible, even more federally guaranteed benefits. How many illegal aliens would be paying the former as opposed to receiving the latter under Warrencare?
