The victim's ex was a particularly bad cop that served jail time for kidnapping and sexual misconduct and was accused of rape.
Seems plausible that he did it and not Reed, who is scheduled to be executed on the 20th.


Based on what is in that resolution (not having dug into the details of the case itself, yet), it sure as hell looks on the surface to be a case that should be retried. Has anyone filed an amicus brief on Reed's behalf?
