It's a pretty worthless claim since "introduced" is a super low bar. Since there's hundreds of congressman who can introduce the charges it would be weird if somebody didn't at least make an attempt during every presidency.

Additionally, just saying "were introduced" doesn't take into account if it was justified. Since Reagan definitely should have been impeached (Iran Contra? Making Olie North take the blame to save Reagan), Nixon would have likely been successful, etc.

that has been the appeasers' approach for a couple of years now. those who don't want to look completely foolish and ignorant by outright denying the facts and science, just call it 'hysteria' and suggest that decisive action would be 'pissing away our wealth' (while at the same time ignoring the overwhelmingly negative financial impact unmitigated climate will have) - that way they can claim not to be science deniers, while still embracing their political side's narrative.

Meanwhile here in Australia the great barrier reef is on life support, it supports 70,000 jobs and a lot of income.
Half our country is on fire and you cant insure homes north of the equator.
