Avil Haines was confirmed 84-10 and is the first woman to hold the DNI position: https://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=117&session=1&vote=00003
Lloyd Austin was confirmed 93-2 and is the first negro to be Secretary of Defense: https://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=117&session=1&vote=00005
Janet Yellen was confirmed 84-15 and is the first woman to be Secretary of Treasury: https://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=117&session=1&vote=00006

So far, Hawley and Lee have voted no on all of Biden's nominees. I predict that Hawley will vote no on every single one of Biden's nominees much like Gillibrand did to Trump. This will make him the most "anti-Biden" Senator when he runs for President in 2024 but he'll probably get as many votes as Gillibrand because it's a stupid strategy.

As of January 25, 2021, Biden has “issued 33 executive orders, actions, proclamations, memoranda, and agency directives,” according to CNN. Twenty-one of these, according to the White House website, are executive orders. The mind-blowing number of executive orders is far from the norm. For context: former President Bill Clinton signed two in 1993, George W. Bush signed two in 2001, Barack Obama signed five in 2009 and Donald Trump signed four in 2017.

even FDR didn't do as many and there was a 'small matter' of the Great Depression at the time. barely a peep by the media regarding this unprecedented executive overreach when the (D)s control both chambers of the legislature too.

Hawley's career ambitions died with this picture:

When Democrats are in charge, it's not "executive overreach", it's "good and active governance".

You'd really need to look at the contents to see if they are substantially different. Trump was definitely an anomaly, in that he just didn't know what the hell he was doing, so most executive orders were just outside of his comprehension. His staff had to explain to him why he wasn't allowed to use nukes in the middle east...

Biden's penchant for EOs is not just out of step with whatever the hell Trump was doing, it's also unusual compared to Obama, W. Bush and Clinton. Misconduct or bad practices by Trump are not an excuse for misconduct or bad practices by the Biden amdin.
