So if I'm reading the Wisconsin straw purchase law correctly, am I right in interpreting that the charges against Dominic Black must be dismissed, at which point the AR-15 in evidence must be returned to Dominic Black as its legal owner, who would then be obligated to give it to Kyle Rittenhouse who paid him to buy it for him? Because I'm reading it as;

941.2905  Straw purchasing of firearms. (1)  Whoever intentionally furnishes, purchases, or possesses a firearm for a person, knowing that the person is prohibited from possessing a firearm under s. 941.29 (1m), is guilty of a Class G felony.

Well as per charge #6 of this case, Kyle Rittenhouse could legally possess the rifle, even if he couldn't legally buy it. If his possession of it was legal, then 941.2905 cannot possibly apply, because he wasn't prohibited from possessing it, so the straw purchase was legal.
Which leaves a rather hilarious loophole where the law can say Kyle cannot legally buy a rifle, but can legally pay someone to buy him the rifle

TLDR: Kyle gets his AR-15 back
