The sock drawer case was already brought up and is about presidential records. Official documents are never classified as presidential records as they are a specific exclusion written in the law. If these were trumps personal notes that case would be relevant, but Trump isn't in trouble for personal notes.

Please link the case where a judge said that, because the case you referenced before absolutely does not say that with regard to anything other than presidential records, which again is not relavent to this case becasue the documents cannot be presidential records.

surely you must be forgetting when George Washington spoke for the only time during the drafting of the entire constitution and said "When many years from now we invent the idea of classified documents the president shall have the supreme power to declassify them with only the power of thought, because if there's anything I George the cherry tree demolisher Washington want for this country it is the president to hold supreme powers not beholden to democracy or even notification of the public".
