Well that explains it, you're confusing efficiency with efficacy. Trump was effective, in the sense that he accomplished the goal, but he barely managed to accomplish the goal even after Hillary campaigned in the totally wrong states, Comey made his release 10 days before election day, and going against somebody with 10 years of baggage and vitriolic hate from his base.

When I was 13 back in 1993, they taught us at Sunday School at Baptist churches that the Clintons ran a Satanic cult out of the governor's mansion in Little Rock and that they raped and sacrificed children to the Devil. This shit was all over Southern Baptist conference churches. I was told the same narrative at otherwise unrelated Orlando and Apopka FL churches, Moultrie, GA churches, and heard it on conservative talk radio and those all-day Christian church AM stations in the early 90s up in the Carolinas and Tennessee when traveling with my dad. Conservatives have been insane conspiracy crazies for a lot longer than 10 years. They just got really bold and out in the mainstream open when Trump was elected.

I don't know what they have in the water down yonder in that square southern state you live in but you have a warped view of reality on basically every issue.

Uhhh, cool story? Trump won by such a slim margin even after such great luck right before the election that it's no surprise Hillary was the overwhelming favorite. The fact that he won doesn't mean he did it efficiently.

Today I learned that even though a political objective is accomplished despite overwhelming odds, that's not actually efficient.

I'll say it again, efficiency is implied in the fact that the objective was reached. Efficiency vs inefficiency becomes applicable and worth analyzing in cases where the person failed. Your point is beyond dumb.

Tell that to your boss one day and see what they say. "Sure, I was over-budget, only got it done at the last second, used questionable means that opened up several investigations into my conduct, and only finished because Steve ran questionably legal interference with HR, but I got the project done!"
