funny thing about the democratic party being the party of the moral high ground is they can stomach losing, because they feel justified in their extremism. so they'll just keep taking losses with a smug air that it's somehow winning. sure sure, show a generation of youngsters how bad those boomers are, and when the SCOTUS gets to a 7-2 count they'll be fucked all the same.

what i find really funny is the people who came out and said "i was out of touch with blue collar america, the electoral college isn't a race run by the coasts" were applauded. at least they had some answer to "how did this happen". then after a few short weeks it was right back to extremism and calling anyone and everyone a _______ist until they stopped listening. AOC, the re-rise of Bern, cheering for Beto's "we're coming for your guns", cheering for Warren's "billionaires hate this one simple trick, 3x tax hikes", throwing biden under the bus every chance they have even though he's the only electable candidate. etc.

they're tanking like they get extra electoral draft picks in 2024 or something. this shit's wild.
