So you want to ignore a legit referendum held by the populous and then bash them for DARING to expect their referendum to mean something. Are you REALLY on the side of democracy here?

Also, what's this "rule of law" shit about? Was there some referendum on Trump that I missed?

Is there anything illegal about ignoring the non binding referendum?

Because when its Trump youre ignoring everything but the letter of the law and here youre going out of your way to include the softer aspects to make your argument.

Youre not being consistent.

No, but it's definitely disingenuous and exposes the true colors of people like you when you want to write it off because you don't agree with it.

This isn't an argument. Fact is: majority of people voted on a referendum and expected their voice to mean something. People like you say "no", then get upset when said people get upset for feeling cheated.

Do you care why I don't think the referendum was representative of the will of the people?

No, because you don't care about the will of the people.

I care about the will of the people, I just don't think the referendum accurately represented the will of the people

There's several reasons for this but apparently you are only interested in listening to people you already agree with

We can go about this ad nauseam. You didn't like the result of the referendum and would hold more until you got the result you want. I'm gonna be pretty arrogant here and say that anyone reading this acknowledges this.

But, as I said, it's England and I'm no expert on English politics. Besides, you guys can't even speak your own language properly lol.

In other words you aren't willing to listen to anybody unless you already agree with them

Yeah, cute semantics.

Fact is: majority of people voted on a referendum and expected their voice to mean something. People like you say "no", then get upset when said people get upset for feeling cheated.

You're the one denying this truth, not me.
