yeah this year was crazy. soon as rates went to near zero i told my parents to refi and anyone older than me too. did a little shopping for major assets too ;)

i cant believe how easy they were throwing away money. finance industry won’t get quite the margins they did in mid 2000s but will still be profitable. thats a good thing

Cohen and Giuliani. Barr is SUPER competent and I think Barr was always able to keep his distance in order to be effective.

Barr backed the wrong horse though. He was surprisingly devoted to Trump and bent over backwards to do his bidding. Now that Trump lost, Barr's career in politics is effectively over, he's tainted by too much of the stink.
