the whistleblower form for the intelligence community was updated just within the past few days/weeks to allow submission of second-hand information. Until this person submitted their form, the form explicitly said it required first-hand information. That requirement was conspicuously dropped at the exact same time this whistleblower form was filled out with second-hand information. How did that change occur? Why? Who changed it? Its clearly more than coincidental.
