Don't really think there is a way around it.. In order to get any change, you have to address the possible futures when nothing's done.. Just calling it fearmongering is denying the proposed and already visible results. With billions of citizens financially and culturally developing towards energy connectivity, radically finding alternative ways for energy is essential for the next generation globally (resource and waste management as well, for it that matters). When failing to do so, capitalism will capitalize on the scarcity it has produced (US produced fossil, yay),(Dutch water management, yay). A beautiful reactionary system leading us to disaster and solve it with profits out of the shit it has led us to.
If only we were able to think past 4 years of elections we would have mitigated enough 20 years ago to not need fucking kid with asperger to tell us that we suck..
