The very reason the Judge ruled prior to the start of testimony that the Prosecution could NOT refer to Rosenbaum, Huber, and Grosskreutz as "victims" is because if it's self-defense, KYLE is the victim. The others are only victims if Kyle is judged guilty.

Given the presumption of innocence, as it stands until a verdict is provided otherwise, Kyle did not murder anyone, he's a victim. It's the Prosecution's duty to prove beyond reasonable doubt that that is false.

I believe, like many others, that the killing he did was pre meditated. It doesnt matter what the jury's decision comes to, especially having outside information they are not privy to. I have more info avail to me then the Jury; by that measure I can make a more informed decision, and my decision is that he DID in fact pre meditate those killings therefore he committed murder.
