I mean, I know there's gangs in Russia, and the mafia originates in Italy so theyre not unheard of.

Additionally the biggest factor in predicting crime is the presence of relative poverty and since Europe has access to basic services like healthcare and education at a much greater rate than the United States that would likely decrease the overall crime rate.

the puckle had a rate of 9 rounds per MINUTE, only like 2 of them were ever made, and we have no proof that any person who was involved in hte constitution even knew it existed. after-all, only 2 or so were ever made and they only slightly outperformed a musketeer in rounds per minute and were said to be very inaccurate by comparison to a shoulder fired round.

Its not idiotic at all. The point isn't that its comparable to modern machine guns, but that guns that fired faster than Muskets predated the 2nd amendment.. which directly counters the argument that the founders couldnt have perceived of guns firing faster and only meant for the 2A to apply to muskets.

The puckle gun is notable for being considered the first of its kind and for being invented very significantly prior to the 2nd amendment.
If your argument is that they might not have known about it or that it was too slow, Joseph Belton had direct correspondences with the continental congress about producing guns that could fire up to 20 shots in 5 seconds.

1st amendment was made before cheese-eating noobs like snipa had the internet so he cant use the internet to use his first amendment rights. also the patriot act was passed before he was 18 so he cannot claim the 4th amendment rights to reject the government from searching his home without a warrant and confiscating all his cheese and spotted cow beers
