You haven't shown it to be a strawman.
Which part is a strawman and why?

Twisting the argument that you shouldn't be allowed to obstruct someone's employment prospects as an argument about entitlement to a job

I'm pretty sure the whole seatbelt thing gives this away. Because I know that you're not dumb enough to drive around without a seatbelt. And I know that you probably don't know that many people that dislike the seatbelt option. But I do. Half of the people I work with think seatbelts are stupid. Half of the people I work with don't wear them. It's awful. This is the sort of dumbassery that you are promoting. And I KNOW you don't believe in it.

Do I wear my seatbelt? Most of the time. Do I think not doing so is grounds for committing a crime? Abso-fucking-lutely not. If someone doesn't want to wear it, that's fine. I have every problem in the world with the state sticking a gun in your face to make you wear it.

I mean like, I can't think of analogy for wearing a seatbelt because that is the baseline analogy. "Well bro, would you skydive without a backup chute? No, cause that's like your seatbelt for skydiving." "Would you kayak on the open ocean without a life jacket? No, of course not, cause what if a totally unpredictable set of circumstances leads to a situation with you out of the boat in a current." Of course, the big difference in this analogy is that people not wearing seatbelts results in them getting killed at higher rates in crashes, which means that someone who did have complete control of his property rights, all of the sudden didn't, cause billy bob jo didn't protect his property rights. fuckin buzz words.

William Wallace would definitely be against private property.

"I can't live here?"

"No, this is the king's land."

We would fuck it up by doing stupid things then trying to sue people not involved whatsoever. English speakers are litigious and greedy.
