I mean, any administration trying to do what O'Rourke proposed there would be sued to hell and beyond. And with the Supreme Court looking firmly conservative for the forseeable future, I dont think such a blatant restriction on the 2nd amendment would stand in the end.

Taking guns away is the freedom of many, refusing to give your guns because while a majority of people want it removed is a crime.
I'm suggesting to gas those keeping their guns, incapacitating agent, anesthetic one.

I'm ok with being a criminal in your eyes.

My eyes are not involved; if in 20 5 years your people are voting to remove it with a 60%+ rate then it will be done, by a way or another.
