He said something insane with 0 evidence which makes me doubt the validity of his statements. If he can provide a shred of proof then it wouldn't be on fucking youtube. It would be a legitimate case that would be escalated to the Supreme court once it passes through the lower courts.

Russia "interfered" in the election. They didn't hack/change any voting tallies. They propagated disinformation to the American people to weaken the trust they have in our institutions. They also succeeded.

At this point, they're probably in the range of 0.1%.
