Your body specifically hates radicals and has a ton of mechanisms to clean them up because they're so damaging even in small numbers. However if you're just throwing peroxide at your body, that's a recipe to overwhelm the system.

These levels of peroxide are diluted 50-80x the typical level for a final 0.1% concentration. They have no carcinogecic mechanism.

0.1% is still huge in a biological context. Like, cells in 0.1% peroxide are just gonna die in short order.

Your body kills cells with peroxide by signaling controlled apoptotic pathways that results in intracellular peroxide which is then segregated into vesicles for cleanup by macrophages. Your body doesn't just spray peroxide onto a cell.

You're an idiot if you think peroxide doesn't have a carcinogenic mechanism. There is no way around that. A gen chem level understanding of the source material would reveal that's false. Stop being dumb.

I'm not saying it won't work. It will almost definitely work. It's just that it's a very crude mechanism that is also going to cause lung irritation and if done over long periods, almost certainly going to increase incidence of cancer.
