its clear he overstates his assets. when he first ran or whatever the first line he uttered was "i am worth 10 billion dollars"

given that its common knowledge most of his properties are losing money its fair to contest that networth. the value of the asset typically would be based on value of future cash flows and almost all of his businesses are doing poorly.

so in this case it is likely that his networth isnt that.
