So you agree with the Arbery killing and see it as a benefit to society....ok got it.

Reread his post. Since Arbery was killed by white people he was therefore a promising young scholar.

Except he had a criminal background so he fit the future gang member stereotype which is the whole point as to why he said it was a benefit. It had nothing to do with race in his post. So yeah, nice try.

White people get scared whenever they see a black person move for some reason.

depends on the movement, sports = cheering, dancing = jealousy.

When you are trying to say something wasn't racist coming off as an obvious racist does not exactly make you look like a trustworthy source.

So hypothetical scenario

Travis and Gregory McMichael citizen's arrest Arbery at gunpoint, but instead of charging them and dying, he surrenders. They hold him for a few minutes as the cops arrive.
Cops review the evidence and see the videos of him trespassing and check with neighbors who show them the videos of his other burglaries from the past few months and arrest him on suspicion of burglary. The McMichaels go home, Arbery goes through booking and is released pending trial and just the usual routine of lengthy time between court dates before pleading to a lesser count and getting either back out on the streets that same day or after a short stint. But Arbery brings a criminal complaint against the McMichaels, accusing them of false imprisonment and aggravated assault and a hate crime for the citizen's arrest.
In our alternate universe, do the McMichaels get arrested on multiple felony charges each?

I doubt Arberys complaint in your scenario would go anywhere. You ever see black people audit criminal justice system? Florida specifically wouldn't even let black people file the police officer complaint paperwork. Not ALL, but majority of PDs.

That's probably because they don't want blacks taking over all the "Florida Man" memes. :D

just give it up already, you racist hack. there is no way you can spin this into a justified killing, no matter how desperately you're trying.

the mcmichael's had NO justification whatsoever to make a citizen's arrest, let alone chase and confront him with drawn weapons. it's trayvon martin all over again, and the scum is out in droves to defend the murderer(s).

sometimes its like you're so astoundingly ignorant that you experience a negative signed integer overflow and accidentally say something very correct without realizing it

RIP Tamir Rice, he got forgotten for far more controversial young men.
