This is good stuff actually, but we could also remove his eyes.

It sure as hell gives this guy's attorney reason to claim he can't get a fair trial, if the POTUS is calling for his execution.

Yes it does.

Imagine if we surgically removed the arms, legs, and penis of every single terrorist or enemy combatant we fought and simply put them back on the streets. Thousands of limbless, dickless people staving to death on street corners.

Do you think there would be any more terrorists?
