no because the Leutenant general video i posted above discusses cia facility in Frankfurt Germany where the voting machines were seized by u.s forces, and the 2017 fox news article discusses cia facilities in germany adding to the story, you didnt listen to the video of the LT general speaking in an interview, meaning you shouldnt respond , if you watched it you wouldnt have made that comment, and you would see his recent interview ties to that fox news article and wikileaks ... read before you comment, thanks
