They can obstruct the public all they want as long as they aren't hurting anybody while doing it. You don't have a right to not be inconvenienced by people using their rights.

No idea, but I just default to that they probably did, and even if they didn't at this specific event they DESERVE recourse. Past offense that went unpunished deserves same treatment. Treat people the way u want to be treated.
