Implying is the operative word. I think Boris is gonna pull this off. I also think the Queen is on his side in this, as well as some of the other houses.

the lower chamber has already passed a bill designed to block Johnson from pursuing a no deal brexit, and in the upper chamber, his allies are currently mustering a filibuster to stop this bill. this filibuster implies that there isnst a majority for his no deal brexit in that chamber either.

Considering the time constraints, all Boris might need is a crafty filibuster to carry the day.

yep, I know.
still, the fact that his side had to resort to a filibuster in the House of Lords shows that the majority in this chamber is against him too.

If Boris can get his... snap election... and win it... then he can no deal brexit all by himself. Assuming I understand the convoluted UK politics. :)
