This isn't about this trial it's about the Arbery trial where two white guys jumped in a truck, chased a black guy down the street and shot him in the middle of the street after having zero evidence this person did anything wrong. They felt he was suspicious so they thought they should chase him with a shotgun.

So yes I'd say what she's saying is dead on.

So anytime someone brandishes a gun in your face and you act in self-defence to try to get it out of your face its your fault for not wanting it there? Lets take it one step further and now you're being run down by people in the street who then jump out and immediately draw a gun in your face. Its your fault you try to get it out of your face in a fight or flight reaction?

Or was his crime being in a white neighbourhood?

The intent was clearly a citizens arrest, not violence.

Yes, clearly. Now lets see how that holds up in court.

"Additionally, they had the defendants' own words to investigators read aloud in court, in which they said they did not see Arbery before he ran past their driveways and did not know what he had been doing before.

McMichael also said he shouted out a graphic threat mid-chase that he would shoot Arbery's head off if he did not stop."

Good old citizens arrest, not violence

"im going to fucking shoot your head off"

Thanks, ill continue to post here as long as people post twitter references to Arberys case and try to pass it off as this case so that it fits their narrative better.

First, the tweet was ambiguous and did not specify which trial it was referring to. Second, that was post 3152. Your post is 3176. You've responded. People have not "continued posting twitter references" about other trials outside of responses to your own posts.

Stop spamming here. This topic is about the Kyle Rittenhouse Trial, which is currently live, with jury in deliberation. Go discuss the other case in the thread created for it.

If that shouted claim isnt fake news, then this becomes negligent manslaughter bare minimum.

Same goes to you. The thread you're looking for is located here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=90084157&f=119

Or take your little spat to PM. The trials are unrelated, the fact patterns are unrelated, you are in the wrong topic.

A couple questions I have in this case:

1. There's a claim by the prosecution that Kyle pointed his rifle at the Zaminskis, establishing provocation. However, pointing a weapon at another person is called Brandishing, and is a crime. Why is there no Brandishing charge? Affirmative fact needs to be established to prevent reasonable doubt.

2. Grosskreutz admitted, under oath, that he pointed his firearm at Kyle Rittenhouse prior to Kyle shooting at him. Provocation of any sort directed at Grosskreutz has not been established in any way. Why has Grosskreutz not been charged with Brandishing?

Edit: Question 2 fixed. Sorry, still early yet.
