The Fredo Cuomo reference originates from Rush Limbaugh, not Trump. Rush calls him that as a reference to The Godfather -- Fredo is the ineffectual brother who was passed over in the line of succession -- not some racial slur.

This reference has been made for years on a show with much higher ratings than anything Cuomo has ever been on. Yet he waits for Trump to echo it that he might act offended to the public eye. TDS at its finest.

well they might bear a share of responsibility, but on the policy side not the rhetoric of itself. This basically the worst neighborhood of one of the worst cities, a no-go area for cops to begin with. And shit like this is the reason why.
a decade of stop and frisk / broken windows / compstat would solve the problem

in the current political environment, I dont think one could implement such policies in any bigger city. would immediately be called racist/fascist/intolerant/classist...
