what if the woman can legally still get an abortion, would you press murder charges then? I have seen scenarios where people are charge double homicide for the killing of a pregnant woman. No idea where the womans pregnancy term lined up with the particular states abortion laws though.

If you had the slightest clue what I was talking about, you would understand that we aren't talking about the way things are, but instead the way they ought to be. Abortion is currently legal. Try to keep up, intellectual cupcake. Killing a human being equates to murder, even in non-religious circles. If one is inclined to consider a fetus a human being (it's not like they're a member of some other species before they're born), defenders of human rights have perfectly legitimate criticisms of the practice of abortion.

That whole argument is pointless. Because the premise is faulty. The MOST important concern is WHERE you draw the line. Secondary is who draws it.
When that fetus/baby becomes aware of it's own existence... IS the most important concern. Before the fetus/baby is aware, it's just an abortion. AFTER that baby is aware....aborting it, is murder.



/e inb4... but it can't survive on it's own. News flash... babies can't survive on their own till about 3 years old... and even then only very badly.
