Irrelevant because the race was not fought for the popular vote. Neither campaign tried to maximize its popular vote share, and we dont know how such a race for the popular vote would have played out. Would Trump have made up more votes by campaigning in California, New York and Illinois than Hillary could have gotten by campaigning in Texas? We simply dont know.

As a non america citizen to me seems unconstitional also how many dead beats are on socail assistance programs because they are to lazy to get off their asses. Try cleaning swamp with them too.
