I've never supported violence in pard outside of self defense

I don't use deaths and murder victims to attack and blame people I politically disagree with. The blame is on those pulling triggers.

Antifa is a group of liars and cowards. These mass killers are individuals.

I don't blame antifa for mass murders I hold them accountable for being unproductive spoiled cowards that escalate situations and put minority youth they recruit in harms way

lol @ me buying into right wing talking points

why do you keep dodging my questions?

- to which end are antifa members 'taken advantage of' and by whom?

btw, there's a difference between legal responsibility and moral blame. of course trump is not legally responsible for the el paso shooter, of course people like you, who hide behind unreflected and biased interpretations of the second amendment and the 'constitutionality' of gun rights, in order to oppose meaningful change, are not legally responsible for the thousands of preventable deaths of innocent people each year - but incitement and hatemongering, as well as inaction and indifference, sure have an impact on these situations.
if you, for example, keep your truck running day and night, you might not be doing something illegal, but you sure as hell are doing your part to prevent climate change from being dealt with. might be your 'right as an american' to do that, and you might come up with a couple of unrealistic and unlikely scenarios (and if all else fails, tell me stories of how your people would not have been slaughtered if they had had running trucks back in the day) in which it might come handy, but that doesn't change the fact that it's detrimental to the environment, detrimental to maximise the wellbeing of everyone.

I think it's clear you have a pro-gun bias issue.

you and I are still here

Only because you won't accept any evidence presented to you and are intent on strawmanning my positions.

If you're right on this - why do you have to lie so much to justify your position?

no it's to impose hurdles and gather information on law abiding citizens and to prevent and control ownership of people that should be able to own

it doesn't lead to accountability it leads to confiscation rhetoric and the information required to to attempt it

mental health and political leanings will be weaponized and combined with what already exists which is demonizing of responsible gun owners and supporters of their right

As it is now granny wiggins has a right to defense and ownership and that should stay protected and she not demonized when millions (and the large majority) are not blasting people at the door

Only if we make it that way. LOL

It says:

The state does not have the power to license or tax a right guaranteed to the people.

Doesn't matter for piss. The incorporation doctrine of the 14th amendment means this shit applies to restricting both the state and federal governments.

You should know by now, that the Fed can do anything they want.

You are assuming that registration or licensing of firearms will somehow infringe on your right to carry. Yes, it could be that way, but it could just as easily be nothing more than keeping track of who owns what weapons.

/e It all depends on how it's worded. IMO, the NRA will never let the first option pass. They would IMO, let the second option pass.

/ee Just make it so it's NOT like a drivers license. Make it like a hunting license. Just make sure it's worded so it can never be... embellished.

Here ya go... I'm such a nice guy... https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=81705414&f=119&o=0#p549066954
