Jesus Christ, I must be one of the few people who just watch movies and then decide if they were any good or not based on acting and if the movie was interesting enough or entertaining.

Sure but what i'm saying is I dont really care unless it legitimately makes a show or movie bad. Toss as many woke boxes in as you want as long as its interesting and entertaining.

There's cases where it does for sure ruin a movie or show. I use Wheel of Time as an example all the time. The forced relationships, horrible actors, stumbling story line to accommodate an unnecessary message ,etc. Then there's shows that people bitch about being woke like House of the Dragon where it has no impact.


The problem is people are deeming anything with black actors or female leads who have any strength at all now as 'Woke" and giving it 0/10 before they themselves even watch it.

If you released Tomb Raider now you would have people all over the Internet crying about a woman that can outfight men. 100%.

I'm not sure if the internet has made men a bunch of pussies now that cant just enjoy a chick beating the shit out of stuff because their dick feels threatened, or what it is. Yes Hollywood has gone off the deep end but the crying has become brutal. You cant go on Youtube without some neck beard making a living now bitching about strong females and how these made up fantasy worlds that has magic and dragons, and everything else cant have a female that outfights a man.

one of the hallmarks of communism is all media is propaganda. in the USSR, the communist dictatorship would broadcast horrible tv shows and films attempting to brainwash the public to love communism while they lived in bleak poverty. few watched, but because the state controlled the media, it ratings no longer mattered and they kept spewing out trash for 70 years until they ran out of money and the USSR collapsed.

this is all incrrect. weve already seen what happens with state run media in the USSR. what happens is that to save money, creating quality art is cut and as years pass you wind up with 100% low quality programming that few watch but the government bullies everyone into making a ton of awfyl political tv shows and films to prop up the empire. we are heading in that direction. in 10 years it will far far worse. every tv show or film will probably not only be required to be woke but also overtly praise the current democrat leader. it doesnt matter what it is, from a kids cartoon to an action film, several scenes will be set aside to do nothing praise the current version of obama or biden, whomever it is. kids in school may be required to watch and write an essay on how great dear leader is. were REALLY close to that.
