Florida is the 49th state in the Union in mental health spending so it doesn't surprise me that they use a lot of Haldol to lobotomize mental health patients. I tried to transfer an old schizophrenic Russian guy to nursing home to Florida from here in Ohio and a whole level of care does not exist in Florida, which is community-based mental health. Levels of care are varying degrees of restriction and acuity.
